For regular bookings, yes, wherever possible. Your cleaner or crew stays on your slot, and if they're ever away we'll tell you in advance and send someone who has been briefed on your home.

No. Our cleaners bring their own products and equipment. If you'd rather we used yours (for a particular surface, or a scent you love), just let us know.

Not at all. Many clients leave a key, a door code or instructions with building security. We'll message you when your cleaner arrives and again when they leave.

We use household cleaning products chosen for family homes and always follow the directions for use. If anyone at home has allergies or sensitive skin, tell us and we'll switch to fragrance-free or plant-based alternatives.

Hourly and regular cleaning is charged by the hour. Deep cleans, moving cleans and sofa, carpet or mattress cleaning are quoted as a fixed price for the job. Send us your home size and what you need, and we'll confirm the price before you book.

No surprises. Your price is agreed before we arrive, and if you'd like extra work done during the visit, we'll confirm any change in price before we start it.

We work seven days a week and can often fit in a one-off clean within a few days. The end of the month and the weeks before Eid are busiest, so book early if your date matters.

Yes. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Just send us a message. Late cancellations may carry a charge, which we'll explain when you book.

We cover residential communities across Dubai, including Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Mirdif, JVC, Al Barsha and Dubai Marina, as well as parts of Sharjah and Ajman. If your area isn't listed, just ask.

Very likely. Our list shows where we're busiest, not everywhere we go. Send us your community and we'll confirm availability, and any travel charge, before you book.

You can pay by card, bank transfer or cash after the visit. Regular clients can choose to settle weekly or monthly, and you'll receive a receipt every time.

Regular and one-off home cleans are paid after the visit. For larger jobs, such as a full villa deep clean, we may ask for a deposit to hold the date, and we'll always tell you up front.
