FAQ

Can you clean inside the oven?
Yes. Oven interiors, racks and trays can be included. Heavily baked-on grease takes longer, so please mention it when you book.
Will you use strong chemicals on marble or granite?
No. Natural stone is cleaned with pH-neutral products, because acidic descalers can etch the surface. We check your worktops and floors before we start.
Can mould in shower grout be removed?
Surface mould usually cleans off well. If it has grown deep into the grout or silicone it may leave marks, and re-grouting or re-sealing is the lasting fix, a job our sister company, Vivek Technical Services, can quote for.
