Will an end-of-tenancy clean guarantee my deposit back?
We can't guarantee what a landlord decides, but we clean to the standard landlords and agents usually expect at handover. If your agent points out something we've missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to put it right.
Does the property need to be empty?
It works best when the home is empty, so we can reach inside every cupboard and behind where the furniture stood. If some items are staying, let us know and we'll plan around them.
Can you clean on the day I move out?
Often, yes, especially if we know your date early. The end of the month is our busiest time, so book as soon as your moving date is confirmed.
