Do you take rugs away for cleaning?
We clean in your home, which suits most carpets and rugs. If a rug needs specialist treatment we can't give it on site, we'll tell you honestly rather than risk damaging it.
How often should carpets be cleaned?
For most family homes, a deep clean every six to twelve months keeps carpets in good condition. Homes with pets, young children or allergy sufferers may benefit from cleaning more often.
When can we walk on the carpet again?
Usually once the surface feels dry to the touch. Walk on it in socks at first. We'll give you a drying estimate on the day, as it depends on the carpet and the room.
