Hourly Maid Service FAQs
Is there a minimum booking?
A short minimum applies to each visit so there is enough time to do the job properly. We'll confirm it when you book, and you can add extra hours whenever you need them.
Can I have the same cleaner every week?
That's the idea. We keep your regular cleaner on your slot wherever possible. If they're on leave, we'll tell you in advance and send someone who has been briefed on your home.
Do your cleaners do laundry and ironing?
Yes. Laundry, folding and ironing can take up as much or as little of the visit as you like. Just let your cleaner know at the start.
Do you provide live-in or overnight maids?
No. We provide visiting cleaners only, booked by the hour within our working hours.
